Terms of Service

1. Legal Framework

These services are operated by Tajalys Inc. (80 Mapleton Road Unit 11-84, Moncton, NB, E1C 7W8, Canada). By using Velacompress, you unconditionally accept these terms.

Velacompress is a specialized service. For any situation not expressly covered by these specific terms, the general Terms of Service of Tajalys Inc. shall apply restrictively as a supplement.

2. Pro License (One-Time Payment)

The purchase of a Pro license constitutes a “Lifetime Deal”. This license is strictly personal and attached to your account. Tajalys Inc. commits to maintaining access to the service as long as the application is commercially operated.

3. Withdrawal and Refund Policy

In accordance with digital commerce practices, as the execution of the software begins immediately upon purchase, the user expressly waives their right of withdrawal. No refunds will be granted after the activation of the Pro license.

4. Limitation of Liability

As image processing is performed entirely locally (WASM), Tajalys Inc. cannot be held liable for the corruption of original files, slow performance related to client hardware, or browser incompatibility. The financial liability of Tajalys Inc. is strictly capped at the total amount paid by the user for their license.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Moncton, NB.
